Το ΜΑΝΙΑΤΙΚΟ ΕΡΓΑΣΤΗΡΙ ιδρύθηκε το 1998 από τον Γιαννακόπουλο Ηλία και την σύζυγο του, Βεργοπούλου Ξανθίππη.
Η έδρα μας βρίσκεται στην Καλαμάτα Μεσσηνίας.
Παράγουμε αποκλειστικά ΧΕΙΡΟΠΟΙΗΤΑ παραδοσιακά μεσσηνιακά και μανιάτικα προϊόντα, με ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στο μανιάτικο λαλάγγι και τις δίπλες.
Στο εργαστήριο μας χρησιμοποιούμε πάντα αγνά υλικά και πρώτες ύλες από μικρούς τοπικούς παραγωγούς , κρατώντας πάντα σταθερή την υψηλή ποιότητα των προϊόντων μας.
Επίσης, ακλουθώντας πιστά τις παραδοσιακές συνταγές και την αυστηρά χειροποίητη παραγωγή, η γεύση και η διατροφική αξία των προϊόντων μας παραμένει ανυπέρβλητη.
